Smoothing Foundation Mousse is a simple anhydrous foundation providing a novel cushioned texture from naturally derived ingredients. Harmonie™ NatuVel gel functions as the base chassis while providing soft, silky sensory, soft focus and line blurring benefits. The NOI (ISO16128) of the formulation is >0.90.
PROCEDURE
- Combine phase A in a FlackTek and mix for 5 minutes at 3000 rpm.
- Add phase B to the cup and FlackTek for 5 minutes at 3000 rpm.
- Transfer into the packaging.
